Zumba Gold - £5 per session

This class is perfect for the active older adult or maybe even if you’re completely new to exercise. It is a fun session with great motivating music, you can do as much or as little as you like! If you or if you know of anyone that would benefit from this class please help me make it a success by sharing my post. You are more than welcome to just turn up, there is no need to book at the moment. I am running daytime sessions only to start but I know a few of you have asked if I can look at an evening so this may be something I will look at depending on demand. Classes will be held at Hypa Dance Studio in Halesowen every Wednesday at 10.30am and every Friday at 10.30am. They are hour long classes and the cost is £5 per session. There is 2 hours free car parking in the car park if you display a ticket behind the studio in Birmingham Street opposite Benjamin’s.

The first class will be on WEDNESDAY 6th MARCH at 10.30am.

BarreBelles - £6 per session

Expect a full body workout during your 1 hour session of BarreBelles. This class concentrates on core strength, posture and lengthening and toning the muscles in your upper and lower body. A typical session consists of work at the barre with motivating music, strength work using hand weights and abdominal/core exercises on the mat. All equipment is provided. There are different levels to each exercise so you can build up the intensity as and when you are ready. No dance experience required, this is an easy to follow class.

Pilates - £5 per session

Pilates is becoming more and more popular as anyone and everyone can do it.  It focuses on body alignment, core strength, breath, posture and flexibility.  In todays modern world  we spend our time sat at desks and hunched over computer screens and devices.  Posture starts to deteriorate and therefore problems such as tight hamstrings, back ache, tension and tightness occur. There are many different levels and options to each exercise and I will encourage you to build up gradually.  You will feel energised yet relaxed at the end of your 1 hour session.  This is a mixed ability class and anyone is welcome to attend.
